Led the partnership with Polaroid x Netflix to launch its first co-branded collaboration which launched in summer 2019. This was created for Stranger Things Season 3 premier and gave fans of all things nostalgic with a retro-looking limited edition Polaroid OneStep 2 Camera & film - Stranger Things Edition. The global Marketing campaign was tailored to mirror the upside down world from the show and included local print & digital activations to boost product sales and season views.
I was responsible for the full cycle of the partnership including pitch, contract negotiations, product approvals, marketing plans, and final execution. Overall sales estimated ~6M USD sales.

Saint Laurent
Polaroid and the French fashion house, Saint Laurent, created the first of its kind custom Polaroid SX-70 Camera and film pack. The occasion is the presentation of the new Spring 2018 collection: Saint Laurent has created a series of exquisite pieces, including bags, jewelry, shoes, t-shirts, accessories to be sold exclusively in Paris.
I was responsible for the full cycle of the partnership including pitch, contract negotiations, product approvals, marketing plans, final execution and ongoing strong partner relationship.

Disney
To celebrate Mickey Mouse's 90th birthday in 2018, I led a licensee partnership deal with Disney from end-to-end to bring the global market a custom Polaroid 600 Vintage Camera and a special edition film pack (with 16 unique designs).
I was responsible for the full cycle of the partnership including pitch, contract negotiations, product approvals, marketing plans, and final execution.

Sandqvist
During COVID, I created a strategic approach for Polaroid to launch a new collaboration with Scandinavian leader of sustainable bag accessories, Sandqvist. I led an initiative to position Polaroid to be front of mind for the streetwear consumer through a camera and limited edition accessory collection inspired by four major European cities.
We delivered the Paris Bum Bag, the London Backpack, the Berlin Camera Strap and the Stockholm Tote.

Calvin Klein
Partnership Objective:
For Polaroid: Create a net new partnership construct for a new brand in the fashion industry and bring in additional revenue.
For CK: Increase sales for their CK1 perfume and increase foot traffic in brick & mortar stores.

Challenge: The lead time for the customization was long and the deadline was short. Also, CK had a limited budget set aside for this project so I had to extend contract negotiations to ensure both parties were happy with end result.
Result: Custom-made box for the new Polaroid OneStep + camera for Calvin Klein’’s EU renewed product launch & in store activations. I created a strategic plan to execute a Gift With Purchase “Buy CK1 perfume and have a chance to win a free camera”. I was able to complete this b2b deal resulting in a 100k Euro win.
